ZS Fitness: The Plank

A Strong core is the foundation to all excercise, good posture and protecting our lower back when lifting. Like active beast, pushup, tricep extension seated a plank can be performed with no equiptment, any place, any time. The plank I am going to talk about is a variation of the standard plank, a stronger variation. It will help when we move onto other core exercises in our core series coming later this year.
