As with all things personal, you take great care in taking care of these things especially if its your own wellness. Diet exercise and social well being is easily accommodated on a passenger ship, with ample opportunities and various choices to make when looking at your own personal wellness.

Lately, very. Trying to stay fit onboard is a must. You can very easily fall into a sedentary lifestyle onboard a cruise ship,
How important is what you eat, do you eat to live or live to eat?
Im a big foodie at heart, it seems to be my weakness. Especially being onboard a cruise ship, access to food is pretty easy, and fantastic variety of desserts which would test any healthy persons daily intake.
What do you know about fitness/wellness/mental health.
To be completely honest, i would not consider myself very up to scratch with those terms, all i live by is eat well, get your heart rate up for a certain amount of time per day, try to avoid sitting in your cabin during your time off which would mean talking to people.
And all thats keeps you fresh.
